Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-TimeLocation: Kellogg,
Salary: $93,000 – $115,000/year
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 40 Hours/Week
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Kellogg, Idaho . This position offers a unique blend of hospital inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient clinic services , allowing you to work with a diverse patient population while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation while delivering exceptional patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Idaho Physical Therapist (PT) License .
- Current CPR Certification .
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
