Base pay range

CA$/yr - CA$/yr

Skills - Must Have

• CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant)
• Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Program (mandatory for senior-level tax planning roles)
• Canadian private company income tax Case Ware, Case View, Taxprep
• Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a public accounting firm
• 10 years in public accounting
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex tax planning strategies
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor tax staff
• Experience in performance feedback and development of junior team members
• Capable of coordinating and reviewing special tax projects
