We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with 2 to 3 years of experience. This role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and involves maintaining various accounts, preparing payroll cheques, and managing financial statements using manual and computerized systems. Your contributions will be pivotal to our financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
• Keep comprehensive financial records and maintain accounts
• Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Post journal entries and update financial data
• Prepare tax returns and reconcile all accounts
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years bookkeeping experience required
• Secondary school graduation certificate needed
• Proficiency in both manual and computerized systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on-site without remote options
