Position: Bookkeeper with Davara

As a dependable Bookkeeper, you'll report to the CFO and manage crucial daily accounting tasks across various entities. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of five years of experience, capable of utilizing Sage and Quick Books. This role is integral for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting a collaborative culture at Davara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions using accounting software

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash

• Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently

• Prepare and file sales tax, GST, and payroll remittances

• Support year-end preparation alongside external accountants

Requirements:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field

• Proficiency in Sage and/or Quick Books

• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset

• Adaptability to a small team environment
