This Bookkeeper role requires strong attention to detail and experience in accounting software, reporting directly to the CFO. Your duties will involve maintaining accurate records, managing payroll, and supporting various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Use Sage or Quick Books for daily financial transactions
• Manage bank account reconciliations and petty cash
• Handle accounts payable and receivable operations
• Prepare and file necessary tax remittances
• Support monthly financial reporting and year-end preparations
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• At least 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in maintaining confidentiality
