Position: Eldorado Resort Accounts Receivable Role
Step into the vibrant Eldorado Resort as an Accounts Receivable Administrator, where financial management meets breathtaking views. Your accounting skills will shine in this essential role supporting our hotel and dining services.

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you report to the Property Controller, overseeing billing processes and client inquiries for Hotel Eldorado and Manteo Resort. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting other accounting functions as needed, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review group contracts and manage associated billing

• Conduct monthly credit meetings and support financial reporting

• Invoice annual moorage clients and monitor accounts

• Address disputes and assist with payment resolutions

• Maintain an organized filing system for records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable is beneficial

• Knowledge of PMS software, specifically Opera preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
