As an Accounts Payable Administrator II, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate invoice processing and payment runs. This position requires at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills to work effectively within the team. Attention to detail and confidentiality are vital, enhancing payment accuracy and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and sort all invoices before entering them
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
• Resolve any discrepancies that arise during processing
• Accurately prepare and post invoices into the system
• Ensure invoices are entered promptly into the system
Requirements:
• 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
Utilize your accounts payable skills and attention to detail to support Total Tire's financial operations.
