Become a key player at Kinetic Custom Trailers as a detail-oriented Bookkeeper. Focus on accuracy in invoicing and payment processing while supporting our finance team.

With nearly a decade of proven success, Kinetic Custom Trailers is expanding in Waco. We require a Bookkeeper with manufacturing experience and strong skills in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ERP systems.

Your role will ensure accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting while collaborating with project managers and finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices for raw materials

• Ensure timely supplier payments and track balances

• Generate accurate customer invoices and AR documents

• Reconcile monthly bank statements for accuracy

• Assist with documentation for project closeouts

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years in bookkeeping or accounting

• CPA Candidate or interest in pursuing CPA

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 265

• Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes

• Understanding of project-based invoicing
