You will be tasked with monitoring aged receivables and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment, all while adhering to city policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and track customer invoices and statements

• Apply payments and maintain precise records

• Monitor aging reports and manage overdue accounts

• Respond to queries from customers and internal departments

• Record financial transactions in the accounting system

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues professionally
