Position: Collections and Accounts Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices in Fleet cents and Sage

• Follow up on overdue accounts professionally

• Post payments from various sources effectively

• Assist dispatch with accurate service documentation

• Generate accounts receivable reports and reconciliation

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in accounts receivable or collections

• Proficiency with Sage or similar software

• Keen eye for detail and organizational skills

• Strong communicator with clients and team members

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
