Position: Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist Needed
Mario's Towing Ltd. is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist in Kelowna, British Columbia. This full-time position emphasizes attention to detail in invoice and payment management.

In this role, you'll be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer at Mario's Towing, a top towing company in the Okanagan. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in billing and account reconciliations. You will ensure efficient operations while collaborating with both the accounting and dispatch teams, solving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and monitor customer invoices

• Apply customer payments using various methods

• Resolve discrepancies in invoicing and accounts

• Collaborate with departments to ensure billing accuracy

• Maintain and update customer records accurately

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience

• Proficient in invoice processing and data entry

• Strong investigative skills for discrepancies

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Experience with accounting software, Sage preferred
