Kinetic Custom Trailers is seeking an organized and detailed Bookkeeper to support our finance team. With extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, you will manage the entire invoicing process and outstanding accounts. You will collaborate with various team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review vendor invoices diligently

• Ensure customer payments are accurately recorded

• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports regularly

• Conduct accurate bank and credit card reconciliations

• Support month-end financial closing procedures

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Certification or interest in CPA designation

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 265

• Solid understanding of AP and AR processes

• Strong organizational skills are essential
