BDO seeks a Senior Tax Manager in the Kelowna office to contribute to the Canadian Tax practice. This position requires you to evaluate client processes and provide insight on tax policies to maximize business opportunities. You will lead Domestic Tax projects, ensuring quality standards while engaging in the training and development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client processes and recommend tax improvements

Requirements:

• CPA and In-Depth Tax Program designation

• 7 years of experience in public accounting

• Strong understanding of tax laws and compliance

• Effective communication and leadership skills
