Permanent Income Auditor Position

Become an Income Auditor with Four Points by Sheraton and Hampton Inn & Suites in Kelowna, BC. This Permanent Full-Time position focuses on auditing and financial accuracy.

As you report to the Property Controller, you will manage daily revenue audits, verify financial data, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Your responsibilities will affect the overall financial integrity of both properties.

Your role is integral to ensuring operational support in accounting functions and guest payment inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and audit revenue postings from hotel services

• Reconcile and resolve credit card transaction variances

• Prepare and post daily revenue journal entries

• Track staff gratuity and tip liabilities accurately

• Assist with guest inquiries concerning payment issues

Requirements:

• Familiarity with POS software, Squirrel preferred

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or hospitality

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Strong administrative skills and detail orientation

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
