MNP is looking for a Tax Manager to lead client-facing teams for comprehensive tax engagements. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in Canadian tax to deliver effective solutions, ensuring compliance and maximizing returns for clients. Your experience in public accounting or tax consulting will be vital as you develop strategies to streamline processes and enhance client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple client engagement teams for tax projects
• Deliver technical expertise and high-quality reports
• Evaluate and advise on business processes and tax policies
• Liaise with Canada Revenue Agency on client matters
• Mentor team members for professional development
Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• 4 to 5 years of relevant tax consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Tax regulations
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to travel as needed
