Position: Kelowna Junior Accountant Opportunity
Step into a Junior Accountant role with Argus Properties in Kelowna, British Columbia, where you’ll manage financial reporting and support property management efforts. This position involves engaging in reconciliation tasks for corporate and commercial operations.

In this role, you will focus on essential accounting tasks such as preparing bank reconciliations, posting tenant payments, and assisting with monthly reporting. The ability to analyze data and communicate effectively is vital as you collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and GST preparation

• Provide detailed support for accounts payable functions

• Assist in tenant-related accounting and reporting

• Support monthly financial and property portfolio reports

• Contribute to process improvements in accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Required accounting diploma or degree

• CPA enrollment or designation is an asset

• Experience with Yardi Voyager is beneficial

• Strong ability to work independently

• Collaborative approach in team-based tasks
