Hexagon Data Entry Clerk Position

Location: West Kelowna

Join Hexagon’s global brand network as a detail-oriented Data Entry Invoicing Clerk. This role focuses on invoicing, data entry, licensing, and general accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

As a Data Entry Invoicing Clerk at Hexagon, you'll be responsible for multiple vital tasks, including the creation and processing of invoices using Quick Books Enterprise. You'll also need strong communication skills to interact with sales reps and customers effectively. This position demands keen attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines while managing various accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process invoices efficiently in Quick Books Enterprise

• Communicate with sales and customers about invoicing

• Enter CRM notes and navigate various software

• Process daily payments and reconcile accounts

• Manage software licenses and handle accounts payable

Requirements:

• Experience using Quick Books Enterprise

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage time and work under deadlines

• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

• Understanding of account reconciliation
