Lead client engagements and review accounting files as an Accounting Manager in Kelowna Central, with Case Ware and tax software experience valued.
Our client is an established Okanagan accounting firm seeking an Accounting Manager for its growing practice. The role oversees engagements, reviews files, mentors team members, and supports day-to-day practice management. Full-time or part-time arrangements are considered, with primarily in-office work and potential hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage client engagements
- Review files prepared by team members
- Guide, mentor, and train team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate workflows, schedules, and important deadlines
- Canadian CPA designation preferred
- At least three years public accounting management experience
- Review experience with compilation and tax engagements
- Proficiency with Case Ware and Profile or similar software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
