Payroll Specialist Amsterdam Hybrid

As a Payroll Specialist within Finance, you will deepen your expertise while owning defined payroll activities. You will collaborate with senior payroll colleagues, the People team, external providers, tax advisors, and authorities. The work includes Dutch payroll compliance, payroll data, employee support, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.

• Support end-to-end payroll processes across Netherlands and EMEA
• Maintain accurate payroll data with the People team
• Assist with Dutch tax and labor compliance
• Answer questions about payslips, taxes, and benefits
• Prepare reports and support payroll reconciliations

• Two to four years of payroll experience
• Payroll Administration diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of Dutch payroll, tax, and social security
• Payroll or HCM systems experience, preferably ADP Celergo
• Strong Excel skills and fluent English
