In this vital position, you will represent a well-established law firm recognized for exceptional client service. • Process client payments and assist with intake procedures
• Oversee email inquiries and maintain filing systems
• Coordinate local courier pickups and deliveries
Requirements:
• Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proactive and independent work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• BC Driver's Licence required for local errands
