In this role, you will assist in the enrollment process, manage student records, and coordinate class schedules while ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Your efforts will help maintain organized internal communications and enhance the overall student experience at the college.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with registration and eligibility inquiries
• Manage compliance documentation and student records
• Coordinate and maintain organized class schedules
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures
• Oversee front office operations and interactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; further education an asset
• 1‑3 years in administrative or registration positions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SAS software
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
