Join our casual clerical team and enjoy various administrative duties. You will gather and verify data, prepare presentations, and handle reception tasks. With flexibility in hours ranging from 0 to 37.5 per week, this position prepares you for potential permanent roles in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and verify information for documentation

• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes accurately

• Schedule and confirm client appointments and travel arrangements

• Manage reception duties and record-keeping tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of medical equipment and toys

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 and office administration certificate

• One year of relevant experience or equivalent training

• Ability to type at least 40 nwpm

• Valid BC Driver’s License

• Willingness to work on-call as needed
