This role offers flexible hours and critical scheduling responsibilities.
As a Scheduling Clerk, you will ensure adequate staffing coverage through call-ins and process essential payroll documents. A key part of the job is to support team operations by auditing timekeeping records and entering data accurately. This casual role provides opportunities for professional growth and potential transitions into permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage requests for staff vacancy coverage
• Call in relief staff as needed for shifts
• Process payroll change notices and removals
• Review and audit timekeeping for accuracy
• Provide clerical and reception assistance
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education with relevant experience
• Typing test (35+ WPM) within the last 48 months
• Resume highlighting recent related work experience
• Cover letter stating shift availability
• Strong data entry and clerical skills
