Position: Receptionist (3 - 6 month Contract) - Land Rover

Receptionist (3 - 6 month Contract) - Land Rover Kelowna

Land Rover Kelowna, a part of the Wyant Group
, is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic dealership team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and keeping dealership operations running smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this is a temporary 3-6 month contract. The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Excellence
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate team member and taking messages when needed.
Customer Service
  • Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, refreshments, and general guidance while maintaining clear communication.
Administrative Support
  • Perform light accounting or administrative tasks to support the dealership as needed.
  • Assist sales and service teams by maintaining organized documentation and responding to customer inquiries.
Professionalism & Presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Uphold a high standard of personal and professional presentation, representing the Wyant Group’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on delivering top‑tier customer service.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and basic administrative software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
