Your responsibilities include managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative support tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with various departments. Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcomes residents and guests
• Processes incoming and outgoing mail accurately
• Maintains neatness of the reception area
• Supports resident orientation and move-in logistics
• Provides assistance with events and activities
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma
• Minimum of two years as a receptionist preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills are necessary
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
