GFL requires a Billing Administrator in the Fort McMurray or Edmonton office. This full-time role emphasizes multi-tasking and exceptional attention to detail.
As a Billing Administrator, you will perform tasks like final invoice reviews, confirm billing accuracy, and manage discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:
• Review invoices before submission to clients
• Confirm accuracy of system details and historical data
• Resolve any billing discrepancies promptly
• Upload documentation into client payment systems
• Prepare monthly billing summaries and reviews
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of billing experience preferred in Oil industry
• Business administration certification or diploma is beneficial
• Strong proficiency with computer applications, especially Google
• Experience in Track, Open Invoice, Field Glass, or Maximo a plus
• Transportation for commuting to the office is necessary
