Become a key player in community health with West Kelowna Public Health as a full-time Administrative Services Assistant. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with evening clinics twice a month.
This position supports essential community-based health programs through administrative, reception, and client service duties. You’ll be the first point of contact, coordinating appointments and ensuring program records are accurate. Your strong organizational skills will help streamline daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to health programs
• Coordinate appointments and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate program records and correspondence
• Assist clinical teams with supply inventories
• Ensure essential resources are ready for service
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with office administration certificate
• One year of related experience or equivalent education
• Typing speed of 40 nwpm or more
• Valid BC Driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
