In this position, you will be integral in providing exceptional administrative and client service support. As the initial contact for visitors, your responsibilities will include managing appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate program records. Strong detail management will be key in ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and visitors
• Coordinate and manage administrative appointments
• Prepare correspondence and maintain program documentation
• Assist with medical supply inventory and equipment readiness
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for effective service
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 and office administration certification
• One year of relevant experience or comparable training
• Typing speed of at least 40 nwpm
• Must hold a valid BC Driver’s license
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
