You will collaborate with the client service team to produce quality deliverables, manage client files, and prepare professional correspondence. The role also involves coordinating office events, assisting with travel arrangements, and supporting billing processes. Excellent organizational skills will ensure you can prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client service staff with deliverables
• Manage electronic and paper-based client files
• Format financial statements per firm standards
• Coordinate office events, logistics, and team collaboration
• Proof-read documents to assure quality and accuracy
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of administrative experience
• Strong data entry and proofreading skills
• Prioritize and multi-task within strict deadlines
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Computer savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
