You will be responsible for responding to public inquiries, providing accurate information on bylaws, and managing various clerical functions. This position also involves maintaining records, supporting departmental projects, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. Your contributions will be essential for effective department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments

• Produce correspondence, reports, and other documentation

• Maintain current records in manual and digital systems

• Coordinate departmental projects and bookings

• Manage mail distribution and office supplies

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation and administrative training

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to work under deadline pressures

• Strong attention to detail
