Become integral to campus events at Okanagan College as a Student Employee in Recreation and Student Life. Elevate student engagement and promote memorable experiences on campus.
This non-regular, on-call position allows Okanagan College students to actively participate in enhancing campus life. You will assist in diverse aspects of event organization and promotion while directly interacting with fellow students. Ideal for developing organizational and teamwork skills, this position is both fulfilling and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advertise student life events through various channels
• Organize and distribute promotional materials at events
• Greet attendees and manage ticketing processes
• Support event setup and takedown activities
• Gather student feedback on campus activities
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a program at Okanagan College
• Previous experience in event coordination is beneficial
• Comfortable with various computer software
• Strong communication and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
