In this role, you'll join a leading name in non-invasive medical aesthetics. Dermapure is looking for an organized individual with a passion for beauty and wellness. You’ll facilitate client experiences from greeting to follow-up, maintaining clinic efficiency through effective communication and multitasking. This position requires at least two years of similar experience in a healthcare or beauty setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the clinic

• Manage appointment calendars efficiently

• Update and maintain customer files accurately

• Handle phone calls and emails about services

• Ensure reception areas are tidy and well-stocked

Requirements:

• High school diploma; office administration experience an asset

• Minimum of two years experience in a similar role

• Strong command of English for client interactions

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Prior aesthetics or medical office experience is an advantage
