As a Home Support Scheduler, you will develop service schedules while reviewing client needs and matching Community Health Workers accordingly. You will handle referrals, monitor schedules, and confirm service completion with clinicians. The position requires availability for rotating shifts and offers various employer-provided benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop home support service schedules for clients
• Receive and manage service referrals and changes
• Match Community Health Workers to clients effectively
• Monitor and adjust schedules for optimal efficiency
• Confirm the completion of services with referral clinicians
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Graduation from an Office Administration Program is preferred
• Two years of related experience or equivalent education
• Typing Test completion showing 30 wpm in the last 24 months
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
