Your mission will include overseeing resident engagement, ensuring accurate accounting operations, and maintaining compliance with internal standards. Embrace a flexible schedule from Wednesday to Sunday as you lead reception staff and shape residents' first impressions through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents and address their needs promptly

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable accurately

• Oversee payroll, benefits, and scheduling processes

• Train and guide reception team for service excellence

• Ensure compliance with administrative regulations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience in office settings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with HR practices and software is an advantage

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Strong organizational and communication skills
