Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized school documentation and records

• Communicate effectively with students and staff

• Manage phone communications in a courteous manner

• Utilize Microsoft Office and school systems effectively

• Ensure timely completion of clerical tasks

Requirements:

• Completed recognized secretarial training course

• Two years of recent secretarial experience

• Proficiency in clerical and bookkeeping skills

• Minimum 60 wpm typing speed

• Occupational First Aid Basic is an asset
