Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the customer service experience
• Conduct vehicle assessments and provide solutions
• Perform maintenance tasks like fluid replacements
• Manage client interactions and collect payments
• Operate diagnostic and shop tools for repairs
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 1 year of sales and customer service experience
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Kelowna
