Craftsman Collision is looking for an Automotive Estimator at our Kelowna location. This role requires at least one year of experience and emphasizes the need for strong interpersonal skills. You will play a vital role in communicating with customers and ensuring their needs are met respectfully and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers
• Address and escalate customer service issues as necessary
• Gather customers’ requirements regarding estimates and services
• Educate clients on the automotive repair process
• Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate estimates
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Preferred post-secondary education in related fields
• Familiarity with estimating software preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
