The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Commercial Project Manager with a background in commercial and/or multifamily residential construction who’s ready to grow with a community‑driven general contractor. With a collaborative team, diverse project opportunities, and strong mentorship, you’ll help deliver quality projects and a great client experience across the Okanagan.
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You’ll organize and oversee construction procedures, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Well‑versed in construction methodologies and project controls, you’ll drive schedules, manage documentation, and keep stakeholders aligned.
This role is based out of Kelowna, with the possibility of travel to out-of-town projects. If you are positive, people-oriented, and excited to build meaningful spaces for the communities we serve this could be the role for you!
