Match Box Consulting Group is working with a major Western Canadian developer–builder to recruit a Site Superintendent for a landmark 22-storey concrete high-rise in sunny Kelowna. This is a $100M+ multi-family project and is intended to be a cornerstone, career-defining build for the organization in the Okanagan.

As Site Superintendent, you will be the day-to-day leader on site, responsible for driving schedule, quality, safety, and productivity from groundworks through turnover.
You will work closely with the Project Manager while maintaining full command of site operations, trades, and sequencing.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Maintain and drive the master construction schedule
Coordinate and manage all sub-trades and suppliers
Enforce safety programs and create a strong safety culture
Oversee quality control and deficiency management
Manage pace of production and sequencing
Identify long-lead items and coordinate early procurement
Communicate change orders, extras, and risks clearly
Ensure project milestones and timelines are met or exceeded
Lead, mentor, and set expectations for site personnel
5+ years as a Site Superintendent on multi-family concrete projects
Proven experience on projects 100+ units (high-rise experience required)
Strong knowledge of:
Concrete structures
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Underground parkades
Building envelope and life-safety systems
Solid understanding of WorkSafeBC and OH&S regulations
Experience with condominium completion and turnover is an asset
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to run a disciplined, respectful, and productive site
