Take on the Assistant Superintendent role at Wildstone to ensure project execution excellence throughout BC and the Yukon. Help lead the team by monitoring construction quality and scheduling essential activities.

As an Assistant Superintendent, your core mission is to support the Superintendent in managing project timelines, supervising team dynamics, and maintaining site standards. With a strong foundation of 5+ years in construction, including supervisory experience, you'll play a vital role in enhancing collaboration and communication among project stakeholders. Engage in daily inspections, meetings, and reports to uphold work quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site progress and productivity

• Enforce safety protocols among team members

• Coordinate scheduling for various construction tasks

• Contribute to daily project reports and feedback

• Resolve conflicts and optimize performance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of construction experience

• Journeyperson certification or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Proficient in MS Office 365, Procore software

• Willingness to complete necessary safety training
