As an Assistant Superintendent, you will reinforce the effectiveness of our projects under the guidance of the Site Superintendent. This position focuses on the supervision of field activities and the maintenance of project quality and timelines. Your leadership will foster a safe and productive environment that drives team motivation and addresses challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site work performance and quality assurance

• Promote safety and set compliance standards on site

• Organize and adjust schedules for workflow coordination

• Collaborate with teams to align on daily objectives

• Actively solve problems and address conflicts as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction, with 2 years in a supervisory role

• Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Procore software

• Willingness to gain safety certifications as required
