Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily civil crew operations responsibly

• Organize work plans and equipment needs

• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety

• Communicate with project managers for support

• Foster a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Experience as a Foreman (2-3 years)

• In-depth knowledge of earthworks and utilities

• Proficiency in reading design specifications

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

• Must have a valid driver’s license
