As the Project Coordinator, you will report to the Construction Manager, managing essential project details to ensure company goals are met.
Your role includes overseeing material supplies, coordinating quality documentation, and assisting with invoicing for completed work. You will work closely with field Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain efficiency and compliance on highway reconstruction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and reconcile materials supplied and their deliveries
• Manage truck haul tickets and summarize data for analysis
• Maintain inventory balances for pits and stockpiles
• Prepare month-end inventory updates for Finance
• Review contracts and manage bids from subcontractors
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
• Understanding of construction methods and project processes
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Clean Class 5 Driver's license
• Knowledge of SAP and civil construction practices
