At Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd., your role as a Construction Surveyor involves leveraging your knowledge of GPS equipment, preferably Trimble or Topcon, to execute precise project layouts across Canada. This position centers on field staking, quantity assessments, and effective communication of layout specifications. Be prepared to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions while maintaining the integrity of survey data through troubleshooting and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake field staking in alignment with project design

• Assess and calculate necessary construction quantities

• Deliver layout information efficiently to team members

• Resolve survey data issues and maintain equipment

• Liaise with Design Engineers for project clarity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of GPS layout experience

• High School Diploma required; relevant technical education is an asset

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License essential

• Must obtain necessary safety certifications

• Available for outdoor work in various weather conditions
