Concrete Finisher Helper

Become a vital part of Beyond Basics Concrete Finishing & Repairs Ltd. as a Concrete Finisher Helper in Kelowna, BC. This full-time role demands hands-on experience with concrete and various construction tasks.

This permanent position requires working on the road across various locations, where the concrete finisher helper will be responsible for essential tasks such as loading materials, erecting concrete forms, and assisting in drilling and blasting. You need to be comfortable working in confined spaces and dust-filled environments while supporting team efforts on different job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms and barricades

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt

• Assist medical examiner in charge

• Level earth to specification and remove debris

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license for travel

• Experience with machinery like bobcats and mixers

• Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong reliability and client-focused work ethic

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
