As a Paving Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing asphalt paving operations and managing daily fieldwork. Your extensive experience in the construction industry will facilitate effective communication with contractors and clients, enhancing collaboration and achieving project goals. This role demands strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews and subcontractor activities

• Coordinate project schedules and materials ordering

• Attend job progress meetings to ensure compliance

• Provide revenue and cost information to accounting

• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• At least five years of relevant experience
