This position is located in Kelowna with some travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop estimates for heavy civil project undertakings

• Collaborate on subcontractor scope reviews and adjustments

• Create thorough material take-offs for proposal submissions

• Support drafting of overarching project schedules

• Verify project documents for complete bid submissions

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in construction estimating

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Proficient with estimating software and office tools

• Familiarity with project management principles and bidding platforms

• Preferred degree in construction management or a related field
