Construction Supervisor at Wildstone

Location: Penticton

Join Wildstone as an Assistant Site Superintendent overseeing construction projects in remote areas. Ensure quality work and safety compliance while assisting the Site Superintendent.

As a critical team member, you will leverage your construction experience to monitor site activities, lead teams, and maintain schedules. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with crew members and trade partners. Expect to travel and work on 21/7 rotations across BC and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect site progress and report to the Site Superintendent

• Facilitate compliance with safety procedures and documentation

• Organize and manage scheduling of concrete and other trades

• Act as a mentor to site teams for improved performance

• Quickly address any project conflicts or concerns

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction with supervisory experience

• Journeyperson certification or equivalent

• Competence in MS Office and scheduling tools

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Willingness to complete necessary safety certifications
