Position: Utility Civil Foreman Role West

In this crucial role, you will oversee civil works related to utility projects, including District Energy and Gas Distribution systems. You are expected to uphold high safety standards and quality requirements while managing a team of field crew members. Clear communication and problem-solving are vital components of this role, along with experiencing working in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain client relations and project quality

• Schedule maintenance for equipment with relevant teams

• Lead and educate crews on safe work practices

• Update Supervisors on project progress and risks

• Take immediate actions on hazardous site conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory role in civil construction

• Knowledge of trenching and duct bank installation

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
