Position: Physical Summer Labourer for Maintenance Team
Be a part of the Maintenance team as a General Labourer this summer, ensuring cleanliness and organization across various building projects. Engage in tasks like site preparation and material handling.

This role is pivotal for the upkeep of local residential and commercial properties, requiring you to complete daily tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. If you enjoy working in a physically demanding role with reliable hours, consider applying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out tasks given by the Maintenance Manager efficiently

• Load and unload materials for construction sites

• Prepare work sites by clearing hazards and obstacles

• Assist skilled tradespeople with material movement

• Clean up debris using standard tools

Requirements:

• Good physical fitness, capable of lifting 50 lbs.

• Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods

• Clean BC Driver’s license required

• Own basic hand tools and PPE

• Background check and references required
